What You Will Do (Day-to-Day): Precision Finishing: Accurately inspect, separate, and package label products according to specific quality standards and customer instructions. Quality Assurance: Act as the final checkpoint for shipments, identifying any printing or lamination errors before they reach the customer. Logistics Support: Utilize our digital tracking systems to log materials and coordinate with couriers to ensure on-time deliveries. Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE requirements. Who You Are (Qualifications): Detail-Oriented: You have a "close vision" for accuracy and can distinguish colors to meet high-quality specifications. Reliable: You understand that punctuality and consistent attendance are vital to the team's success. Adaptable: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker or adjust to shifting production priorities. Physical Agility: Comfortable standing for your shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
