Job Summary The Brain Game Center for Mental Fitness and Well-being (BGC) seeks to hire a Project Manager to help streamline processes for developing, validating, documenting, and sharing software aimed at better measuring and training cognitive processes. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 1. Project Coordination & Oversight Coordinate and monitor all phases of multiple research project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with grant-funded milestones Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each active project and serve as the central point of coordination Identify next steps, track progress, and ensure timely execution across teams 2. Team Collaboration & Communication Facilitate communication among PIs, researchers, programmers, technicians, and administrative staff Lead regular project meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure all stakeholders have the information and resources needed to advance their work 3. Timeline, Milestone & Resource Management Develop and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and milestone trackers Coordinate personnel and other resources across projects, identify risks or delays, and adjust plans or escalate issues as needed Systematically track decisions, deliverables, and action items; proactively follow up with working group members and external collaborators to ensure progress, accountability, and timely completion of tasks 4. Documentation & Process Development Create, organize, and maintain project documentation (e.g., agendas, notes, draft products, reference documents), workflows, and standard operating procedures to support efficient execution and knowledge sharing Support continuous improvement of project management processes within the lab 5.
