In this role, you will: Work collaboratively with residents and their families to deliver personal care Provide high‑quality, timely, and effective care in line with individual care plans Support residents to maintain independence and engage in meaningful daily activities Follow a person‑centred approach that recognises individual goals and preferences Contribute to risk management and continuous quality improvement Build strong working relationships with teams across multiple sites Enjoy the freedom of selecting shifts that fit around your life
