Responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a key liaison between Sports Media Operations, Post Production, and Ingest/Storage teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand content needs, timelines, and delivery requirements.
- Proactively address workflow challenges and operational risks as part of ongoing optimization efforts.
- Leadership & Communication
- Report directly to senior leadership and provide clear visibility into content operations, priorities, and innovation initiatives.
- 6+ years of experience in content management within sports, news, or entertainment environments.
- Strong understanding of non-live production and post-production workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with edit platforms, cloud-based storage systems, and file transport technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evolve innovative workflows in live production environments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working closely with post-production, ingest, storage, and technical teams.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting large-scale sports content operations.
- Familiarity with media asset management (MAM) systems.
- Knowledge of emerging cloud-based and remote post-production workflows.
- Comfort piloting new technologies and processes while maintaining operational continuity.
