About the role
You will report to the Head of Restaurants Unit. Your role as the Account Manager is to liaise between Deliveroo and our key restaurant partners in Belgium. You will work onsite from our offices in Brussels and also be on the road visiting your portfolio of partners. Your role will include: Developing and managing long term strategic partnerships with around 30-40 national restaurant brands Ensuring delivery of tailored partner specific projects to fulfil agreed goals from inception to implementation Monitoring and analysing performance of partner specific KPIs, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with senior stakeholders Increasing revenue from existing accounts by consulting on best practice and developing partner strategies Working cross functionally within the business to optimise partnerships, leading all aspects internally and externally Manage the relationship with a large number of restaurant partners in order to ensure a win-win collaboration all over Belgium.
Requirements
- You will be passionate about food, love restaurants and are highly methodical with a strong sense of the commercial side of a business.
- 2 years + of Account management experience
- Good knowledge of the restaurant industry
- Commercial: You know how to negotiate, anticipate sales discussions, and maintain a quality portfolio (contractual discussions, negotiations to set up sales tools, etc.).
- Analytical - able to analyse data to improve performance for our store partners
- You love being out in the field, and you're involved in everything that's operational in your area.
- Customer-centric - focused on our customers. Use quantitative and qualitative data to build a service that is operationally excellent for our customers.
- Native or fluent in Dutch with a good understanding of French + English
