Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Category Management & Sourcing Manage procurement for low-dollar spend categories across multiple business units.
• Execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as office supplies, IT peripherals, professional services, and miscellaneous spend.
• Global Procurement Operations Work within global procurement frameworks to ensure compliance and alignment with corporate policies.
• Support regional and global sourcing initiatives as required.
• Vendor Management Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers for low-value categories.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
• Process Optimization Drive efficiency in procurement processes for low-dollar transactions.
• Ensure timely purchase order creation, contract execution, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor for business units on sourcing best practices.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 9-14 years in procurement/sourcing with exposure to multiple categories; global experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
• Strong understanding of sourcing processes and compliance requirements.
