Ideal Profile Experience & Leadership 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture roles. Demonstrated success designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. Strong experience leading technical initiatives and establishing development standards. Proven ability to mentor developers and support team capability growth. Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans. Technical Expertise Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing. Hands-on experience with API integrations, including REST and SOAP services. Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures. Proficiency with DevOps and release management tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset. Preferred Skills Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect. Experience integrating Salesforce with Azure, AWS, or other external platforms. Knowledge of Salesforce enterprise design patterns and packaging strategies. Exposure to automation technologies and AI-enabled solutions.   • Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and architecture documentation.
  • Lead solution architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Development & Integration
  • Develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • Drive the optimisation of platform functionality and overall system performance.
  • Governance & Technical Excellence
  • Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and critical defects.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.
