Licensing Coordinator - All Brands

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Licensing Approvals & Timeline Manager to serve as the liaison between our internal teams and licensors/licensees. Managing seven brands across men's and women's apparel, you'll ensure smooth approval workflows and timeline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Submit artwork, CADs, and samples for licensor/licensee approvals.
• Gather feedback and communicate cross-functionally with design, production, and leadership.
• Coordinate approval timelines, sample reviews, and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with brand approval policies and deadlines.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in licensing approvals or related roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with project management tools and approval workflows.
• Ability to work across multiple categories and report to the SVP Divisional Head.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Annual base salary range: $80,000 - $110,000
• (Actual salary based on experience and skill level)
