Responsibilities
- Partner with the Data Product Owner and business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize data and analytics requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data product delivery within an enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with experience validating and reconciling data across systems.
- Experience working with data platforms, data warehouses, or cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience with requirements elicitation, user stories, and Agile delivery practices.
- Exposure to data governance and catalog tools (e.g., Collibra) and understanding of data quality and lineage concepts.
- Experience in the insurance industry, with understanding of data across domains such as Claims, Policy, Underwriting, or Finance, preferred.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with ability to work across business and technical teams.
