Oversee inventory repairs by analyzing stock levels to determine disposition, requesting overstock approvals, issuing repair POs to vendors, and approving or declining repairs based on Beyond Economic Repaid (BER) assessments
Assesses risks, identifies trends and opportunities, and makes recommendations for improving procurement processes, policies, and procedures
Run weekly reporting and manage annual Statements of Work (SOW) related to lost of damaged cores
Collaborate with reliability teams to support Material Master (MM) updates and resolve discrepancies
Partner with inventory, procurement and operations to improve core processes
Location & Other Key Details
You will work out of our Base Plant Mine, Syncrude Mildred Lake in Fort McMurray or our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 - 6th Ave S.W.
The shift schedule is a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation

Minimum Requirements:
3 years experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management or a related operational support role
Post-secondary Business or Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related field
Strong understanding of purchase order workflows, repairs management, and return logistics
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and recommend appropriate actions
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders
