Qualifications you'll bring:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
The availability to work full-time following a hybrid schedule of four in-office days per week
Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development, product, or project management in a technology development environment
Experience managing direct reports in that environment
Previous website and/or content management experience required, health care knowledge preferred

Your key responsibilities:
Serve as the Technical Product Owner/Scrum Master of our Sitecore website and pre-login React web applications utilizing Agile practices and methodologies
Serve as the People Leader of our software and quality engineers within our Member Experience product group
Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to drive efficiency, effectiveness, data quality, and productivity
Develop and mentor software and quality engineers to advance their skills across domains and technologies relevant to the company
Collaborate with internal customers and scrum teams to develop and execute on strategic product roadmaps through management of estimates, delivery plans, and timelines of large initiatives
Ensure the backlog is prioritized based on internal customers' needs; break down initiatives by translating business and technical priorities into features and gather requirements from internal customers and stakeholders to write user stories to be given to the scrum team for execution
Foster transparency and communication across teams and departments to remove obstacles and encourage collaboration
Ability to work on multiple projects under time constraints
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to interact with all levels in the organization
Possess a strong sense of accountability and urgency in delivering projects and completing assignments
