You & your role Secure Rabobank's digital landscape as Junior Security Tester by performing hands-on security testing on web, mobile and infrastructure environments. You work risk-based, use industry best practices like OWASP and communicate clearly with internal clients from test intake to final handover. Examples from practice Performing high-quality security tests on web and mobile applications using risk-based approaches. Improving security testing processes within Agile teams to increase quality and efficiency. Collaborating with stakeholders worldwide to resolve findings and strengthen system resilience. Facts & figures 36 or 40 hours per week. You work in one of 3 dedicated security testing squads within the Security Testing team. Over 49,000 Rabobank colleagues worldwide. Top 3 responsibilities Execute qualitative security testing on diverse IT systems, covering web, mobile and infrastructure environments, using multiple platforms and programming languages. Initiate and drive improvements in security testing ways of working, including researching AI tooling and testing new security testing platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve security findings and proactively increase the resilience of Rabobank systems. You translate test results into clear findings, contribute ideas for service improvements and help shape the future of security testing at Rabobank in a practical, hands-on role. One or more relevant cyber-qualifications like Comptia+ Security, eJPT, eWPT, CEH Familiar with industry best practices like OWASP, ASVS, etc. Experience with security code reviews and software such as .NET, Java, React, and infrastructure platforms like Azure, AWS, Windows and Linux. Knowledge of mobile testing, web application testing and DAST or SAST tooling. Eager to learn. Creative. Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
