Achieve sales targets, agreed with internal and external partners for MTU power generation products
Drive business development activities, identify new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline across assigned markets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and channel partners
Work closely with application engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and ensure proposal alignment
Support the preparation of technical proposals, to reach a solution positioning with value proposition
Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, identify customer needs to support strategic decision-making
Prepare respective strategic market decisions to grow the business in the associated countries within the framework of responsibility in close cooperation with the necessary internal and external partners
Contribute to regional sales strategy and execution plans to support sustainable business growth
Provide accurate regular sales forecasts and reports
Stay updated on industry trends, including developments in data centres and power generation technologies
Attend promotional campaigns, trade shows and conduct product presentations

Position requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
Sales experience (min 5 years) power generation business or relevant industry
Proven experience in technical sales within power generation, energy systems, or related industries
Strong understanding of generator systems, diesel and/or gas engines, or mission-critical power solutions
Experience working across multiple APAC markets is preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Experience collaborating with engineering or application teams in solution-based selling
Skills and Competencies

Position Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Sales Manager to join Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Singapore.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of MTU power generation products for Genset and Engine, across the Asia Pacific region (excluding Greater China). You will work closely with internal engineering teams, partners, and customers to deliver technically robust and commercially competitive solutions.
