What will help you succeed in this role
- Experience in marketing, strategy or portfolio-related roles (typically 5-8 years), with a proven ability to identify commercial opportunities and translate analysis into action.
- Educational background in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar : this helps you connect customer needs, business objectives and execution frameworks in a structured way.
- Strong analytical and segmentation skills : you are comfortable working with customer data, defining priorities and identifying growth, retention and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, aligning stakeholders around shared priorities and outcomes.
- Commercial awareness and customer focus: you understand how to balance business goals, customer relevance and operational feasibility.
- Experience in analytics, BI, CRM or digital marketing is a plus, especially when designing or evolving commercial action frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in English, as working in an international environment will be required.
