Skills and experience sufficient to supervise assistant receivers and helpers
Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems
Willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice
Good memory and scanning abilities
Good communication and math skills
Able to lift up to 65 lbs. with the proper equipment and climb 20 feet on a regular basis
Able to learn to use a forklift
May require valid drivers license and conformance with company driver policy
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule is Sunday - Tuesday 5:00 am - 5:30 pm. or until job is complete.
Work 36 hours and get paid for 40! (3 days - 12 hour shifts)
Schedule is subject to change with business needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and supervise a work group to meet department goals.
Provides leadership to assigned personnel through effective goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication. Provides measurable feedback, suggestions for improved performance and recognition for achievements.
Conducts interviews, hiring and training as necessary.
Supports the safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
Assists with process improvement initiatives.
Conducts regular meetings to ensure that personnel are well informed of policies and procedures. Continually enforces productivity standards .
Ensure excellent customer service and communication
Receiving: Check in product completely and accurately
Stock products correctly
Loading: Pick product for daily deliveries along with special deliveries
Load trucks using good judgment regarding use of space and product safety
Returns: Inspect and physically count returned merchandise
Restock inventory in appropriate place
Outbound freight of vender returns
Paperwork for all warranty product
Unloading of customer/inventory transfers from corporate warehouses
Operate power equipment, including fork-lift
May work as a backup driver as assigned or directed
