Experience in collecting, tracking, and evaluating data to support program growth
Excellent leadership and coaching skills
Proficiency in the Automated Child Support Enforcement System (preferred but not required)
Quality Assurance and keen attention to detail
Spreadsheet Management (Excel)
Required Minimum Qualifications
Education requirement: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
Experience Requirement: Five (5) years of experience performing child support initiation, enforcement, collections, investigations, case management or a related field.
Education/Experience Equivalency: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirement.
License/Certifications: Requires a valid Driver's License at the time of application.
