Associate Director - US Supply Chain

About the role

Lilly's US and Puerto Rico commercial operations depend on a precisely managed supply chain to get medicines to patients on time, every time. As Associate Director of US Supply Chain, you will own the end-to-end planning infrastructure that makes that happen - from consensus demand forecasting across all US Business Units to replenishment execution, inventory optimization, and supply risk mitigation across a portfolio of trade and non-trade SKUs. This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role. You will be the connective tissue between Global Supply Chain, manufacturing sites, US Commercial, and Finance - and you'll be expected to drive outcomes, not just coordinate conversations.
