Exercise independent judgment on establishing and prioritizing operational rhythms; the sequencing and agenda of leadership team meetings, quarterly business reviews, town halls and offsites to address strategic objectives / organizational needs
Lead business operational reporting and the design / development of dashboards that give the CPO and leadership team visibility into priorities, progress and risks
Partner cross-functionally to streamline administrative workflows, simplify processes, and increase operational efficiency
Project & Initiative Ownership
Lead and support execution of CPO initiatives (e.g., supporting the execution planning and ongoing management of an AI mentoring program)
Develop project-based recommendations for senior leadership; research and fact-based proposals on project scope, plan / approach, timing, and dependencies
Create executive-facing deliverables to drive alignment, accelerate progress and support decision-making
Executive Administration
Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expenses
Continuously improve how executive support is delivered through AI and automation (e.g., agentic calendar analysis)
Anticipate needs, surface risks, and proactively solution problems (e.g., calendar conflicts, opportunistic engagements while traveling)

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience working in a combination of executive support, business operations or program management
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience creating executive-level presentations
