About the role

Auditing - advanced level; conducting comprehensive supplier assessments to validate quality systems and processes Compliance Management - advanced level; ensuring suppliers adhere to regulatory and organizational quality standards Measurement System Analysis - advanced level; validating measurement accuracy and reliability across supplier operations Supplier Quality Management - intermediate level; overseeing supplier performance and driving quality improvements Problem Solving - intermediate level; resolving quality issues through structured root cause analysis What qualifications will make you successful? Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) 5+ years of experience in supplier quality, procurement, quality assurance, or supply chain Experience with supplier audits, qualification, and project environments Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) What's in it for me? For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
