M&E Coordinator

Job Description Coordinate and supervise M&E works on site in accordance with project specifications and schedule Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on technical and site matters Ensure M&E works are carried out in compliance with safety and quality requirements Attend site meetings and coordinate submissions, inspections, and testing & commissioning activities Monitor work progress and resolve technical or coordination issues on site Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records Coordinate with main contractors and relevant authorities when required Ensure timely completion of M&E works according to project timeline Job Requirement Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Related Fields Minimum 3 years relevant experience in local construction industry Good knowledge in local M&E related standards & requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD...). Experience in coordinating M&E works for BTO/HDB projects is required.
