Be a part of the International Treasury team working to expand the PayPal Brand and support the legal entities in LATAM
Work closely with the Legal Entity Management to ensure regulatory and licensing compliance
Responsible for the treasury risk management of the LATAM and Canada entities, i.e. liquidity risk, counterparty risk, market risk, etc.
Explore opportunities to reduce the operational risk and enhance internal contorls within the complex PayPal ecosystem
Establish robust capital and liquidity planning for the LATAM entities and explore options/alternatives to support the local entity funding requirements
Monitoring local regulatory ratio requirements, and establishing action plans to demonstrate continued compliance in appropriate markets
Develop and maintain key Treasury reports to monitor and track the key metrics in the region
Ensure treasury operates within the Treasury Governance policies at all times and be aware of individual responsibilities around risk management i.e. Liquidity risk, FX Risk, Counterparty risk, etc.
Work with Treasury M&A Integration team on incorporating newly acquired businesses into existing LATAM entities at PayPal and standardising governance and processes
Partner closely with the payment and product teams to support new initiatives in their responsible markets, including development
Coordinate with the Global Cash Management team to ensure seamless execution for entity's funding needs
Promote the use of AI and automation across the Treasury funct

Essential Responsibilities:
Provide Treasury support for a key market ensuring regulatory and licensing compliance
Manage intercompany funding, cash management, and cash flow forecasting & budgeting
Provide leadership in Treasury system integration activities
Assist in managing external debt facilities
Develop and maintain key Treasury reports to monitor performance and risk metrics
Monitor and report counterparty limits, trading authority limits, and TADP ownership
Support Treasury/Risk policy maintenance
