As the Business Partner Commercial and Country Connector , you will operate at the intersection of this model. This role requires a professional who is highly skilled in and comfortable with informal leadership; you will need to successfully influence, collaborate with, and align a team of highly competent, specialized P&C colleagues without the reliance on a direct reporting line. This is a senior, strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the people and culture strategy for the Commercial organisation in Canada. This position requires the mindset of a business leader and entrepreneur and partner with multiple leadership areas in a part of the business as part of a global network. The position holds the additional responsibility of " Country Connector " with specific responsibilities for external system shaping, reputation management, collaboration with work councils as needed as well. In addition, this role connects and aligns the P&C ecosystem holistically across all Roche affiliates and legal entities in the country.
