Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Quality Technician, Releasing role will make an impact: Key responsibilities for this role include: Coordinate and perform the release of finished goods materials in SAP. Coordinate the movement of product into and out of quality hold status and perform any associated transactions in SAP. Accurately maintain and update batch files. Review, analyze, and approve temperature data for temperature monitored shipments. Assist with coordination of product launches. Assist with product donation orders. Assist in updating and writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Initiate, review, approve and close TrackWise events including PMSIs, Incidents, Investigations and Notices of Rejections. The minimum qualifications for this role are: Minimum of a high school diploma/GED or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Must possess knowledge of SOPs, GMPs, the Distribution Center Operation as well as processes with external departments. Must possess knowledge of computer programs. Must understand and adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures as well as government regulations. Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, math and problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and pay meticulous attention to detail. Must possess a working knowledge of SAP computer program, Microsoft office applications, and data logger devices and software applications. Must be able to apply skills and abilities on a global scale Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
