Identify areas for operational improvement, develop roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to implement best practices
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of new and track financial or productivity savings
Act as a change agent to drive the adoption of new workflows, platforms, and digital tools while ensuring company-wide buy-in
Foster a company culture of continuous improvement by training teams on problem-solving methodologies
Extract, consolidate, and analyze operational data from enterprise platforms to make informed decisions
Requirements
10+ years in operations, project management, or process engineering
Degree in engineering or related discipline
Proficiency with operational and reporting such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, ERPs and Dashboards
Exceptional communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority
Travel approximately 30%
