You will manage candidates through their recruitment process end-to-end and will interact with several stakeholders and customers. Key job responsibilities What will you do as a Legal and Public Policy Sourcing Recruiter? - Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best technical talent. - Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to business leaders in matters related to Legal and Public Policy Recruiting by delivering results. - Partner with business stakeholders. - Support market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies. - Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. - Implement and fine-tune new and existing processes for recruiting that contribute to Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. - Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience. - Work on various projects focused on improving candidate generation best practices.
