Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Regional Planning or related field.
Prior relevant site planning internship experience.

The Federal Planning group of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Entry-Level Urban Planner knowledgeable of physical site planning for immediate employment in the Virginia Beach, VA office.
The Entry-Level Urban Planner will mostly serve on multi-disciplinary planning projects for military installations and federal agencies. As part of the project team, the planner will develop creative and innovation solutions to address clients' issues.
This position is expected to begin as soon as possible.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Compile data and conduct research in support of project delivery.
Create graphics to support the planning documents.
Play a key role in the preparation of plans.
Write sections of planning reports and documents.
Produce material for project meetings, presentations, and workshops.
Participate in on-site workshops in supporting role.
Communicate effectively with project team and manager.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture or related field.
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required for this role.
