What You'll Do as a Talent Acquisition Data and Insights Manager In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day: Act as the subject matter expert for recruitment systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters), partnering with technology and process teams to optimise workflows, enhance usability, and support automation and AI capabilities. Establish and maintain robust data structures within ATS and related tools, ensuring consistency, quality, and effective use of recruitment data for reporting and analytics. Develop and manage scalable dashboards and reporting with data and product teams, providing visibility into key recruitment metrics and measuring the impact of AI and automation on hiring outcomes. Analyse external talent market data and collaborate with Employer Brand and other teams to deliver insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and geographic opportunities. Assess recruiter workload, requisition distribution, and hiring output to evaluate capacity and productivity, and build forecasting models to support hiring demand. Monitor sourcing channels and careers site performance (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed), analysing usage, candidate behaviour, and conversion rates to optimise channel effectiveness and improve the candidate experience.
