Position Summary:
The Quality Administrator, Part-time plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving quality standards within an organization. They are typically responsible for a range of administrative tasks related to quality management systems, documentation, and compliance.
Roles and Key Responsibilities:
Document Control: Managing the lifecycle of quality-related documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
Quality System Support: Supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, IATF), and assisting with internal and external audits.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Compiling and analyzing quality data, preparing reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
Training: Providing training and guidance to employees on quality standards and procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Participating in corrective action processes and initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency.
