Head of Foodservice

About the role

Reporting to the Sales Director and as part of the Sales Leadership Team, this role combines significant commercial ownership, strategic influence and people leadership. With full P&L accountability for one of Mars Food & Nutrition Australia's most important growth channels, you will lead the largest people team within the sales function, developing and inspiring a high-performing team of nine Associates across National and State Account Management, while shaping the future direction of the Foodservice business. Based at our Wyong or Sydney location, this role offers flexibility while ensuring strong engagement across the business and with key customers.
