Student Nurse Extern (SNE) - Inpatient Float Pool - Truman Medical Center (PRN 6:45pm-7:15am)

Responsibilities

• ✅ Learn from experienced Registered Nurses and gain valuable insights

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 🔹 Nursing student currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program, pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing
• 🔹 Successfully completed the fundamentals of nursing course (lecture & clinical) with demonstrated competency in basic skills
• 🔹 Confirmation of enrollment in a nursing program as a full-time student required each semester
• 🔹 Must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 🔹 Maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher while enrolled in your nursing program
• 🔹 Complete all SNE competency training and education within 90 days of hire
• Minimum Requirements:
• 🔹 Enrollment in an accredited nursing program
• 🔹 Completion of fundamental nursing courses and demonstrated clinical competency
