- Maintain a prioritized roadmap that maximizes customer value while balancing technical complexity and risk
- Write crisp, compelling product requirements documents that clearly frame the problem, success criteria, and context
- Analyze adoption and engagement data rigorously, using what you learn to sharpen priorities and improve the product with every iteration

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building exceptional software products
- Proven experience building payments products spanning multiple payment methods: ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and checks
- Knowledge of real estate, title, lending, or insurance industries is a plus
- Experience with Agile Product Development methodologies and scoping, executing, and delivering products to market
- Analytical and strategic with a proven track record of using data to validate assumptions
- Oriented towards solving problems through listening, disambiguating, asking questions, and negotiating trade-offs
- Experience creating roadmaps and communicating them to executives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with high-level decision-makers
- While this role is based in Austin, Texas, we're open to exploring remote possibilities for qualified candidates. We have other physical office locations in San Francisco, California, and Concord, New Hampshire.
