Serve as a key day-to-day contact on a key account, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables
Partner closely with internal teams across design, merchandising, product development, production, and operations to ensure seamless execution
Support product development from concept through delivery, helping to drive on-time and on-target outcomes
Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations that support business growth

Monitor weekly sales and performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights
Conduct market and competitive research to inform trends, opportunities, and strategy
Manage product approvals across fit, construction, trims, and color execution
Coordinate with overseas partners on costing, production timelines, and delivery schedules
Help troubleshoot and resolve challenges across orders, production, and logistics
Maintain organized and accurate records including order books, sample tracking, and production status
Support preparation for key meetings, market appointments, and showroom presentations
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, merchandising, or a related role (apparel preferred)
Experience supporting major retail accounts; familiarity with Walmart is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with Miro and Airtable is a plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into next steps
Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
