About the role
Worldwide Grocery Stores, Distribution Strategy and Transportation team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical with a proven track record of delivery and strong project management expertise. In this role, you'll own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology initiatives for the Grocery DC Product team, driving innovation across our fulfillment operations. Key job responsibilities - Define a vision and strategic framework for under-the-roof DC operations, including "working backwards" documents on products and features. - Explore and implement technology-driven solutions that optimize cost structures, minimize overhead expenses, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. - Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish global standards for product distribution. - Manage cross-functional project teams, plan, organize, and execute complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes. - Innovate to enhance customer experience and reduce distribution network costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
