About the role
We have an outstanding opportunity for an Analyst, External Manufacturing to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our external manufacturing network by ensuring accurate execution of transactions, maintaining visibility to inventory and vendor activity, and driving strong cross-functional collaboration. You'll help ensure materials and data flow efficiently across our extended supply chain while supporting operational performance and strengthening vendor relationships. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Executing SAP transactions to support external manufacturing locations Managing and analyzing external manufacturing data to support decision-making Maintaining communication with cross-functional partners on vendor shipping schedules Monitoring rental pallet accuracy and leading issue resolution efforts Supporting and leading the annual rental pallet audit process Ensuring inventory cycle counts of company-owned materials at external locations are completed accurately Supporting quarterly slow-moving and obsolete inventory processes for external manufacturing Ensuring all transactions and activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner Coordinating proactive communication with vendors to resolve transactional or operational issues Supporting additional supply chain or external manufacturing activities as needed Important Details: This is a full-time hybrid role based in either De Pere, WI or Oak Brook, IL The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $63,000.00 to $94,400.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.
