Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in P2P, procurement systems, or supplier onboarding in a multinational environment.
Expertise in end-to-end procurement processes and best practices
Strong knowledge of eProcurement platforms (Coupa experience preferred) and electronic invoicing methods (CSP, cXML).
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI a plus).
Fluent in English (required); additional languages are a plus for global supplier communication.
Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multilingual supplier interactions and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced environment.

Supplier Enablement Specialist
Location: Krakow (Poland)
Core responsibilities:
Lead global supplier enablement initiatives for Coupa, including onboarding, catalog setup, PO collaboration, and electronic invoicing across multiple countries.
Execute supplier segmentation and spend analysis to prioritize enablement waves and methods (Punchout, Hosted Catalogs, CSP, cXML) for global suppliers.
Develop and implement multilingual supplier communication strategies, readiness surveys, and training programs tailored to regional requirements.
Coordinate with IT and Coupa implementation partners to ensure successful integration and testing of supplier connections globally.
Maintain accurate supplier master data across regions, ensuring compliance with tax, invoicing and local procurement policies.
Create and manage global supplier enablement playbooks, templates, and training materials for consistent execution.
Monitor enablement KPIs across countries, report progress to global procurement leadership, and identify opportunities for automation and cost savings.
Provide post go-live support for suppliers and internal teams, addressing issues and driving continuous improvement.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, including Delegation of Authority and Signature Authority guidelines.
