About the Function: Supply Chain and Manufacturing Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships. This role is a part of MOVE Center of Excellence (above market) for Diageo, and is responsible for all logistics activities in Diageo Korea. This role is responsible in managing end-to-end Logistics operational activities (customs forwarder / warehousing /rework and domestic customer order delivery . This role also manages the running scope for customer service, including customer delivery on-time, customer logistics communication and customer supply network optimization. Ensure local quality and food safety of product are delivered to satisfy customer . Delivery of strategic objectives in managing Logistics operations to meet our key measurement . Handling and managing additional customer/consumer complaints, including coordinate with products track and trace, equipment reverse logistics. Support in market specific activities, including annual stuffs sales, etc. Manages the operation under Korea local regulation, e.g.. manage the RFID automation rework line. Complexity and Scope As a part of APAC Centre of Excellence (COE) , this role will partner with regional stakeholders across the global organization. Diageo Korea has 1 contracted warehouse in Incheon while warehouse and rework operation is managed by 3rd party logistics company. This role will sure Diageo Korea is committed to complying with Korea local regulations for operating the logistics process as well as DIAGEO's standards and code of business conduct (COBC)
