- Required qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, with meaningful focus on AI/ML/GenAI.
- Demonstrated success hiring Senior/Staff-level AI talent.
- Strong existing network across AI engineering/research communities.
- Proven sourcing craft: mapping, boolean/X-ray, and portfolio-based sourcing (GitHub/Hugging Face/arXiv as relevant).
- Strong stakeholder management and closing skills.
- ATS/CRM discipline and comfort operating with funnel metrics.
- Consulting/agency recruiting experience.
- Exposure to hard-to-hire specialties (agents, RL, recommender systems, MLOps/platform, infra-heavy ML).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing and outreach workflows.
