Responsibilities
- Provide site level leadership and subject matter expertise in Process Safety to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance.

- Basic Qualification
- We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, occupational health, industrial hygiene or related science.
- Minimum five years' EHS engineering experience in manufacturing or regulated industries.
- Practical knowledge of process safety and chemical hazard control.
- In depth working knowledge of process safety tools such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL assessment, HAC.
- Experience providing technical EHS support to projects and capital works.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- This role is full‑time and site‑based in Singapore.
- Preferred Qualification
- If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Advanced degree in safety or engineering
- Professional certification such as NEBOSH Certificate in Process Safety Management or equivalent.
- Experience leading EHS integration, standards deployment or site programmes.
- Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated incident investigation and human factors experience.
