This role directly manages five senior leaders, multiple high-profile domestic and international partnerships as well as navigates significant cross-departmental collaborations. The Head of Commercial Operations works in close partnership with the Head of Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management, to accomplish fiscally responsible, world-class entertainment while delivering strong financial results. As the company continues to grow, the ideal candidate brings a proven track record of driving revenue performance in complex, fast-paced environments, managing scalable budgets, and leading teams to maximize both top-line growth and profitability across a portfolio of Live Entertainment offerings.
