About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer & Category - Walmart, to support our Sales organization based in Bentonville, Arkansas. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong strategic relationships Lead development and execution of customer specific strategies aligned to annual operating plan goals for revenue, margin, and share growth Manage customer communications, align expectations, and proactively address business needs Resolve escalated customer issues in partnership with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Operations teams Represent the voice of the customer internally and provide actionable insights to drive business unit engagement Ensure forecast accuracy and demand alignment through planning tools and collaboration with cross-functional teams Develop and manage customer annual operating plans in partnership with Commercial Finance Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product availability and minimize allocation risk Analyze customer and category performance using internal and external data tools to identify growth opportunities and address gaps Lead strategic projects and initiatives in support of broader commercial objectives Mentor and support development of junior team members Manage a dynamic category portfolio with multiple seasonal priorities Important Details: This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bentonville, Arkansas. Travel may be required to support customer meetings, sales events, plant visits, and business needs.
