Job Description: Cambria is looking for a Director of Segment Marketing to set the strategic marketing direction and lead the execution of integrated marketing plans for Cambria's segment partners across North America. These segments include Commercial, Builder, Remodeler, and Retail. This role is responsible for developing and implementing segment marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and brand campaigns for this audience. This role calls for a highly-strategic, dynamic leader with extensive experience leading companies in marketing planning and sales enablement processes. While a well-rounded foundation of cross-discipline marketing skills including digital marketing skills is important, equally so is the ability to adapt rapidly to evolving organizational and marketing needs. This key, strategic role requires the balance of strategy and execution with a focus on a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality. This motivating leader must be able to think at a high-level and guide fast implementation and measurement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Create and implement strategies, programs and tools that drive demand for our partners, including messaging platforms and promotions Design, lead, and measure demand generation strategies to drive sales Develop benchmarks and KPIs for all initiatives and demonstrate a results-driven approach to marketing Regularly and effectively communicate with leadership to understand business dynamics and needs Closely collaborate with segment leaders to integrate, implement and measure marketing strategies Evaluate and deliver action plans and programs based on trends, competitive insights and metrics Continually optimize business performance, identify opportunities for improvement and seek white space Identify audience, industry and competitive trends, building action plans and programs to address issues and opportunities Lead, mentor, and coach the team on a continual basis; developing clear goals and action plans Qualifications & Skills Extensive experience with traditional and digital marketing tactics including demand generation and ABM (account based marketing), from planning to execution Experience in the commercial home, building or interior design industry preferred Passionate, driven to succeed and be the best Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Master's Degree preferred. Experience: Requires 10 - 15 years' marketing experience Systems: Proficient in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), CRM - Salesforce and project management software (i.e. - Workfront or similar programs). Additional Requirements Managerial Requirements: N/A Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally / sparingly (office supplies, packages, samples). May need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel Requirements: Limited travel regionally and nationally up to 10% Cambria's starting salary range for this position is $134,000 - $168,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
