About the role
Monitor, scan, and process replenishment orders daily to maintain uninterrupted material flow. Receive shipments, verify product documentation, and ensure materials meet specifications before use. Package, label, and prepare materials for transport between customer buildings or off-site locations. Operate hand scanners and inventory systems to process orders and update stock levels in real time. Safely handle and deliver chemical drums, totes, and supplies using pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts (after certification). Report material shortages, damage, or quality concerns immediately to site leadership for corrective action. Communicate proactively with Production Leads and Supervisors to coordinate replenishment needs and schedule adjustments. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies or safety risks. Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, EPA, DOT, and RCRA. Participate in site meetings, safety briefings, and required training sessions. Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemical Handling, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or chemical operations (semiconductor or industrial environment preferred). Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, order processing, and material control processes. Demonstrated ability to follow chemical handling procedures, wear required PPE and maintain a safety-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
