Cross-Border Alignment Head Office Reporting: Leverage your knowledge of regional compliance structures to facilitate smooth internal reporting and alignment on compliance standards between the Singapore branch and the Parent Bank Head Office in Malaysia. Organizational (organizational responsibilities) Mandatory, in-depth knowledge of MAS Regulations impacting retail, corporate, wealth management, and market operations (including the Banking Act, SFA, FAA, and MAS Notice 626). Good working knowledge of Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations is a strong plus to facilitate smooth Head Office communication. Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to conduct meticulous internal reviews while maintaining a collaborative relationship with front-office and operations teams. Education/Qualification Relevant university degree and/or professional qualification Professional compliance certification from the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF), ICA, or ACAMS is highly advantageous. Experience/Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on regulatory compliance, internal control, or compliance testing experience within a bank in Singapore. Highly proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas) and data visualization software (such as Tableau) for creating risk dashboards, tracking metrics, and data-driven monitoring.
