What You Bring
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 5-8+ years of executive-level administrative support
Experience supporting senior leaders (SVP level or above preferred)
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Clear, professional communication skills
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
Work Arrangement

We are seeking a Senior Executive Administrator to provide high-impact support to the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration (EVPFA) and the Chief Investment Officer. In this highly visible, part-time role, you will be a trusted partner-ensuring seamless operations, driving efficiency, and enabling strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
The hiring range for this position is $44.2k - $47.5k.
Please note this is a part-time position working 17.5 hours per week.
