Position Location:
This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site.
Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely.

Develop and implement an associate communications strategy that aligns with business goals and cultural priorities.
Partner with senior leadership to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across all levels of the organization
Employee Experience:
Design and deliver programs that enhance employee engagement, belonging, and overall experience.
Leverage insights from employee surveys (e.g., Our Voice, post event surveys) to inform initiatives and measure impact.
Change Management:
Lead communication strategies for organizational changes, ensuring clarity, empathy, and alignment with transformation objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change readiness and stakeholder engagement.
Content & Channels:
Oversee the creation of compelling content for multiple channels (intranet, newsletters, town halls, video, etc.).
Ensure messaging reflects company values, advances inclusion, and resonates with our broad and talented associates.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
Define KPIs for communication effectiveness and employee experience programs.
Use data and feedback to continuously improve strategies and execution.
