We are seeking a driven and experienced Associate Director to join our team in Ireland. This is a senior leadership role suited to a professional with a strong background in electrical building services and infrastructure design.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Chartered Engineer status (or working towards chartership) with a recognised professional body such as Engineers Ireland or IET.
Proven experience delivering electrical engineering projects, including leading technical design and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing engineers and technicians to achieve project deadlines and quality standards.
Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build lasting professional relationships.
In-depth knowledge of relevant electrical design standards, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
Proficiency in industry-standard electrical design and analysis software.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
