Responsibilities

- Understanding of discounted cash flow modeling, real estate fundamentals and capital structures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Flexibility and adaptability at handling multiple priorities and initiatives
- Optimistic, energetic with "can do" / resourceful style
- Approximate Salary Range for Role: 100% commission based.
