The Digital Marketing Manager owns the hotel's digital marketing and e-commerce agenda. The role blends commercial planning, performance marketing, content oversight, CRM, loyalty activation, and channel optimization to grow direct and indirect online revenue, strengthen brand visibility, and improve the guest journey across owned and third-party platforms. Primary responsibilities: - Build the annual digital marketing strategy and budget across direct and indirect channels. - Align digital plans with Sales, Revenue Management, PR, Food and Beverage, and corporate marketing stakeholders. - Develop quarterly and annual e-commerce plans for brand.com, loyalty, app, OTA, and other third-party channels. - Plan and manage SEO/SEA, paid media, social media, display, metasearch, influencer, and CRM or email campaigns. - Track web direct and indirect performance, campaign KPIs, ROI, conversion trends, and channel results. - Oversee digital content production and keep social and brand content aligned with target markets and brand standards. - Lead CRM and email activity for rooms, Food and Beverage, and other outlets using approved tools and corporate guidelines. - Support pricing integrity and rate parity with the Revenue Director or Manager across online distribution channels. - Improve visibility and usage of ALL - Accor Live Limitless and the Accor App through coordinated digital activity. - Keep OTA listings accurate, competitive, and conversion-focused. - Manage online reputation across review sites and social platforms. - Benchmark competitors, track market trends, and recommend new growth ideas, vendor support, or emerging technologies. - Usually 4 to 5+ years in digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally in hospitality or retail. - Degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field. - Strong command of digital strategy, analytics, paid media, content, social platforms, and CRM. - Comfortable turning performance data into actions and clear management reporting. - Clear English communication; additional language capability is a plus. - Proactive, collaborative, innovative, and delivery-focused.
