We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust. - Supports the implementation of brand and product marketing strategy in a specific team by performing various activities and taking part in initiatives - Supports in collecting and analyzing information related to emergent customer behaviors and needs, profit drivers, business risks, press releases, articles and any other factors that could help team members in making business value-driven decisions - Supports in resolving any routine, non-complex brand and/or product related issues to ensure team stays on track in terms of preparing any deliverables - Supports in the facilitation of communication and planning between business and operational teams, marketing, UX design, engineering and customer support teams - Complies with organizational regulations, policies and procedures for brand and product marketing - Supports in updating talent and client journeys with new insights on pains/gains/touchpoints Grade Descriptor - Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline - Grows knowledge of the company, processes and customers - Performs structured work assignments related to discipline - Uses existing policies, procedures or instructions to solve routine or standard problems - Receives supervision and direction from more senior level roles - Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies - Explains factual information of limited complexity to others in straightforward situations Is this the job for you?
