What You'll Experience Join us as a Talent Acquisition Intern and get a behind-the-scenes look at how hiring happens in a global organization. This internship is more than just administrative support. You'll play an active role in shaping candidate experiences, building employer brand presence, and helping us attract top talent across APAC. In this role, you will: Support the Talent Acquisition team with key recruitment activities such as offer letter preparation, background screening coordination, onboarding processes, and hiring operations. Take ownership of intern recruitment for all business functions across Swift APAC. Partner with recruiters on employer branding initiatives, university engagement activities, and recruitment campaigns. Help create engaging content and communications to promote employee referral programs and hiring initiatives. Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers to support data-driven decision making. Gain exposure to stakeholder management and collaborate with HR colleagues across different countries and functions. You'll thrive in this role if you are: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Communications, Economics, or related fields.
